    To begin with, your skin is medically cleansed and disinfected for optimal preparation.

  • Treatment

    Now it’s time to lean back and get cozy. The treatment with the Morpheus8 is performed by Dr. Herndlhofer. Depending on the area, this takes between 15 and 60 minutes.

  • Revitalization

    For facial treatments, you will then be given a moisturizing mask to provide your skin with sufficient moisture as quickly as possible.

What do you need to consider?

Before treatment:

  • No active inflammation in the treated area (e.g. fever blisters). If you are prone to cold sores, we recommend prophylactic medication two days before treatment with Morpheus.

  • No injections in the last 2 weeks before the treatment.

After treatment:

  • Use sufficient moisturizer for the coming days.

  • No sport on the day of treatment.

  • Apply sufficient sun protection (at least SPF 30) to the affected areas for 2 weeks.

  • Avoid strong sunlight (incl. solarium) for 2 weeks.

No. Treatment with Morpheus8 in a beauty salon is completely different from treatment by a specialist doctor. In beauty salons, Morpheus8 is only used to treat up to 0.5mm, as the thicker needling attachments up to 7mm are only sold to doctors. Less depth means a weaker effect. This is because all studies and treatment designs that have proven the skin-tightening effect of Morpheus8 are based on needling depths of between 2 and 7 mm. Take this into account when choosing a specialized provider.

Morpheus 8 stands for versatility in skin rejuvenation. But where exactly does he show his skills?

  • Face and neck: Effective mitigation of wrinkles, scars and skin sagging. Especially for tightening tissue around the eyes, chin and neck areas – all regions that are difficult to treat with injections after a certain age
  • Upper arms and legs: Firming of problem areas, such as against flabby upper arms or saddlebags.
  • Abdomen and flanks: tightening, ideal after pregnancies or weight loss.
  • Hands and décolleté: rejuvenation of often neglected areas.

This depends on the region being treated. Partial regions of the face cost 390 € per treatment. This includes, for example, the tightening of the eyelids or the Jawline improvement of sagging cheeks. We know: The question of pain in the context of treatments is an important issue. There is no general answer to this question, as the perception varies from person to person. Some describe it as a gentle tingling sensation, others as minimal stinging. The good thing is that an anesthetic cream is applied before the treatment, which increases comfort during the treatment.

For optimum treatment success, we recommend three treatments. The first improvements may be visible earlier, but all medical study protocols regarding skin improvement are based on several treatments.

The first positive changes can be described after just a few weeks. However, for long-lasting success, we recommend 3 treatments at 4-week intervals. This is also confirmed by scientific studies on several hundreds of patients. After the treatment with Morpheus8 you will notice a tightening of your skin for about 1.5 years. Sometimes a little shorter, but often longer. This is influenced by your individual skin ageing and your lifestyle in the meantime.
